A few days after signing a ‘global’ recording deal with UK label, Island Records, Twitter has verified the account of Nigerian singer, Seyi Shay.
The ‘Murda’ singer’s account has over 76k followers and has been in use since November 2010. With her new status, Seyi Shay joins the league of the Nigerian superstars like Wizkid, Tiwa Savage, Don Jazzy, Davido, Asa and others whose handles are verified by the micro-blogging site.
